Act as a Chief Rider Officer CRO for thousands of Talabat Riders across multiple cities in Egypt.
Managing and improving the rider performance of allocated cities across the country. Taking ownership of
rider service levels by measuring compliance, finding performance gaps and executing a plan to fill performance-related gaps
Role Scope
- Monitor and improve Rider Performance and Compliance
- Responsible for reporting, containing, handling, and solving all on-ground activities/issues within
the assigned zone.
- Lead Rider Recruitment for all the zones in allocated cities
- Responsible for assessment of any internal fleet promotions
- Lead a Team of Rider Team Leaders and Rider Coordinators
- Manage rider roster with proper allocation of shifts/breaks/off-days etc
- Supervises rider onboarding and training schedule with Rider Trainer
- Inventory management and usage compliance of Rider equipment’s
- Groom rider quality (behavior, appearance, professionalism, presentational etc)
- Setting up a performance improvement plan to improve the performance of low-performing riders
- Reduce rider complaints originating from customers
- Accountable to handle/solve day-to-day/arising issues beyond his main scope that may affect the
zone’s performance.
Skills & Qualifications needed:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years of experience as a Supervisor in the food/grocery tech industry.
- Proficient in Google Suite tools like GDoc, GSheet, GSlides, GForms etc
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Influencer and negotiator with good public speaking and presentation skills
- People management skills: Experience in managing bigger groups of people
