**Résumé des fonctions**

Assigner les chambres en fonction des demandes et des préférences des clients chaque fois que possible. Pré-enregistrer certains clients et préparer les jeux de clés. Organiser et coordonner les procédures de pré-enregistrement/d'enregistrement pour l'arrivée de groupes. Passer en revue/

Suivre/Répondre aux demandes de changement de chambre/date de départ chaque fois que possible ; communiquer les changements au personnel concerné. Confirmer les réservations et les annulations. Passer en revue quotidiennement les chambres hors service. S'assurer que les tarifs correspondent aux prix du marché et documenter les exceptions. Vérifier et ajuster la facturation pour les clients. Remplir les papiers ou documents administratifs des clients. Préparer/traiter toutes les arrivées et tous les départs des clients. Activer les clés des chambres. Obtenir et vérifier le paiement. Identifier tout sur-engagement. Exercer un contrôle des réservations en double, bloquer des chambres. Effectuer des rapports quotidiens. Assurer le suivi des demandes ou problèmes des clients afin d'assurer leur pleine satisfaction. Recevoir, enregistrer et transmettre des messages précisément, de manière exhaustive et lisible. Suivre et appliquer toutes les politiques et procédures de la chaîne ; s’assurer de porter un uniforme de travail propre et complet ; avoir une apparence soignée et professionnelle en tout temps sur les lieux de travail ; respecter la confidentialité dans la diffusion d’informations propres à la bannière et/ou à l’hôtel et protéger tous les biens de la compagnie. Accueillir et recevoir les clients selon les standards de la compagnie, anticiper leurs besoins et y répondre, aider les personnes handicapées et remercier chaleureusement les clients. Utiliser un langage clair et courtois lors de toute communication ; préparer et corriger avec précision et exhaustivité des documents rédigés ; répondre au téléphone en employant le langage approprié. Coordonner les tâches et le travail avec d'autres services. Servir de modèle au niveau du service. Développer des relations professionnelles positives et constructives avec vos pairs ; s’unir et s’entraider afin d’atteindre les buts communs. Se conformer aux standards d'assurance qualité. Être habitué à travailler debout, assis et à être en mouvement sur une longue période de temps. Saisir et trouver des informations à l'aide d'ordinateurs et/ou de systèmes de point de vente. Déplacer, soulever, porter, tirer et placer des charges pesant 4,5 kilos maximum de façon autonome. Effectuer toutes les autres tâches demandées par les responsables et qui correspondent au poste.
