- Merchants. We are democratizing the social e-commerce space by enabling budding as well as seasoned entrepreneurs to sell online with no required capital, inventory, or operational experience. We have our Merchants covered from merchandising, warehousing, shipping, cash collection and customer service.

In 2019 we started as a team of 8 people, now we are over 350 employees across Egypt, KSA and the UAE. We serve more than 34K social e-commerce sellers from incredibly diverse backgrounds - from students earning a part-time income to highly ambitious digital marketing experts looking to become solo entrepreneurs. **Role Overview**:
Based in Cairo city, Taager is enabling small shops and regular people to earn money and enrich their lives in a way that was not possible a few years ago.

In Taager, the backend team is fully remote, distributed through multiple continents and working on a flexible time schedule. It aims to allow everyone to grow and improve, while respecting everyone’s work/life balance.

**What will you be doing**:

- **Frontend Frameworks Expertise**: Leverage your expertise in frontend frameworks, including Angular, React, and Flutter, to select and implement the most suitable technology for specific project requirements.
- **Architectural Design**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement solutions that align with best practices, code quality, and performance optimizations.
- **Codebase Maintenance**: Manage and enhance the existing frontend codebase, ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability.
- **User Interface (UI) Development**: Create elegant and intuitive user interfaces that meet design and user experience requirements while optimizing responsiveness and usability.
- **Testing and Quality Assurance**: Develop and maintain unit tests, end-to-end tests, and other quality assurance measures to ensure reliable and robust software.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed technical documentation for code, architecture, and software components.
- **Mentorship and Leadership**: Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- **Technology Evaluation**: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential for integration into our projects.

**Must have**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend software development.
- Proficiency in micro frontend architecture and its implementation.
- Strong experience with at least two of the following frontend frameworks: Angular, React, and Flutter.
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Knowledge of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and build tools (Webpack, Babel).
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to work in an agile development environment.

**Nice to have**:

- Open-source contributions or a portfolio of personal projects.
- Experience working with other frontend frameworks or technologies.
- Familiarity with containerization and container orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes
