**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Growth Strategy Development**: Develop and execute data-driven strategies for customer acquisition, activation, and retention across multiple channels.
- **A/B Testing and Experimentation**: Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to optimize landing pages, onboarding flows, and user engagement.
- **Product-led Growth (PLG)**: Work closely with the product team to identify features that drive user growth and retention; leverage PLG tactics to encourage user adoption and self-service upgrades.
- **Data Analysis and Insights**: Use data analytics tools to track, analyze, and report key metrics; extract actionable insights to inform growth strategies.
- **Content Creation and Optimization**: Collaborate on content initiatives, including blog posts, case studies, and webinars, to attract and engage target audiences.
- **Virality and Referral Programs**: Develop and optimize viral growth tactics, such as referral programs and shareable content, to increase brand reach.
- **Customer Journey Mapping**: Identify and optimize each stage of the customer journey, from awareness to loyalty, to ensure a seamless experience.
- **Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**: Focus on improving conversion rates across our website, landing pages, and in-app experiences.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work with product, engineering, and customer success teams to align growth efforts and enhance the user experience.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role in a SaaS company.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in data analytics and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
- **Experimentation Skills**: Proven ability to run and interpret A/B tests, multivariate testing, and other growth experiments.
- **Creative Thinking**: Strong creative problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to think outside the box.
- **Project Management**: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple growth projects simultaneously.
- **Product Understanding**: Knowledge of SaaS products and the PLG model is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
**Preferred Skills**:
- Familiarity with SQL or basic programming skills to analyze data and automate tasks.
- Experience in scaling SaaS businesses with a small budget or limited resources.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting methodologies.
