**Description**:
As a VF-Cash Ops. Specialist you will be responsible of the day to day of enterprise cash operation with an overlook of reporting & process handling.

**Job Responsibility**:

- Develop new operating models supporting the new financial services opportunities.
- Ensure all new launches have proper support model with proper SLAs
- Own the preparation of internal POs, and project management activities related to the launch and sustainability of new services.
- Responsible for building proper customer experience for VF Cash across the market
- Ensure all services, processes are compliant with CBE regulations, Group AML standards and corporate security policy

**Required Criteria**:

- Commercial operations experience
- Good knowledge of VF Cash
- Communication skills
- Negotiation and collaboration skills.
- Intense Stakeholder Management
