About this opportunity:
Quality Assurance (QA) Inspector role within Remote Support Center (RSC) is responsible for conducting remote quality assurance inspection for telecom sites equipment and solutions installation and commissioning in line with industrial standards.
Additionally, providing support, guidance, and supervision for telecom field deployment personnel during site products and solutions deployment activities.

What you will do:

- Conduct remote Quality Assurance inspection for Network Roll-Out (NRO) installation activities within different projects.
- Review and verify site installation quality proofs of delivery according to Customer/Ericsson standards/checklist.
- Provide technical support for field teams in all NRO activities including guiding, following up and troubleshooting of any raised issues.
- Track and report on daily and weekly basis the performed tasks along with its acceptance status and Quality Index (QI).
- Conduct technical awareness sessions about current, new technologies and solutions installation standards towards own team, customer, and field personnel.
- Provide support in trials of new products and solutions.
- Whenever needed, limited on-site join visit with customers and filed personnel in case of trial, problematic cases, etc.

The skills you bring:

- Network Roll-out (NRO) Quality Assurance and Implementation Supervision experience in the areas of RAN and Transmission.
- NRO Execution Process & Quality Assurance System knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge of main NRO Key Performance Indicators (i.e. FTR, QI, etc.)
- Experience of Ericsson NRO Tools (i.e., Erisite, Site Tracker, Eritop, IMK, SRS, etc.) is a plus.
- Ericsson Networks Product/Solutions Portfolio Knowledge (RAN or Transmission, or both):
Radio

Installation and commissioning of different Ericsson Radio Products.
Knowledge of the functionality, configuration and troubleshooting of:
Digital Units (DUG, DUW, DUS and Base Band)
R6K, TCU/SIU scripting, configuration, and troubleshoot.
Different Antenna types and RET definitions.
Radio types and capabilities.
Power cabinets Troubleshooting on hardware and KPI degradation problems.

Transmission
- Installation and commissioning of different Ericsson TRM products, such as MINI-LINK 6600 and variant Traffic node (TN).
Knowledge of the functionality, configuration and troubleshooting of:

- XPIC MW links.
- Space Diversity (SD) MW Links.
- E-band MW links.
- E2E DCN.
- E2E Traffic routing (PDH and Ethernet).
- MIMO and (multi-band booster) MBB.

Troubleshooting on hardware problems, raised alarms and BER issues.
