To strengthen our team, we are looking for a IE Supervisor in our plant in Fayoum.

**Detailed description of main activities**:

- Ensure the needed capacity of machines for P1&P2 area for all project.
- Ensure the OEE Target Fixed.
- Ensure the productivity Target.
- Define & improve the Production concept.
- Ensure workplace & stations design inline with ergonomics standards.
- Ensure the Process definition according GUM time.
- Analyzing the productivity and costs of existing/upcoming processes.
- Updating process and procedure policies.
- Ensure the GUM and SWT evaluation per process during each project phase (usage of standard table).
- Ensure the Evaluation and follow up of missing operation in GUM time with CPC / PTC and engineering department.
- Participate with Production/Projects on the SOP preparation and define adequate number of operators per months to maintain productivity target.
- Ensure the Run & Rate activities for each phase.
- Ramp up Plans creation.
- Ensure a smooth ramp-up of Lines start-up.
- Participate in wire tuning activity on each project phase.
- Participate in PFMEA Activities.
- Ensure the creation & updates of Plant Layout.
- Lead & Participate in Productivity Improvement Activities.
- Lead & Participate in OEE Improvement Activities.
- Strive to implement improvement idease affecting all business KPIs.
- Ensure the accurate capacity planning covering P1,P2 & P3.
- support the preparation of Budget expenses planning covering the department needs & any related Production needs.
- Follow and respect 5S rules.
- Ensure the respect of the QMS expectations (IATF 16949), the implementation of YEL/YEG Procedures, the implementation of all work standards and rules related to ISO 45001 and the 5S.
- Ensure the respect of the customer specifications (CSR).
- Undergoes & action any other Tasks given by the Management required for business needs within relevant areas of responsibility & expertise

**Job Qualifications**:

- BSc. Engineering.
- 4~6 Years of experience preferred in same industry.
- Good communication skills.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
