- Perform remote software installations using TeamViewer and ScreenConnect, tackling both standalone and networked setups.
- Become a problem-solving expert, addressing software, hardware, and network challenges.
- Navigate our knowledge base smoothly to resolve client issues swiftly and effectively.
- Maintain the integrity of our Salesforce CRM by documenting every client interaction with precision.
- Safeguard client trust by maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality.
- Introduce our software to new leads during the off-season, showcasing its potential.

**Job requirements**:

- Age limit: 35
- English level: Fluent.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Highly committed and flexible individuals.
- Technical background is a plus but not a must.
- Completed military statues for guys, and confirmed location for girls.
- No foreigners.
- Graduates only, no gap years. Drop outs are okay in very rare situations (If they are planning to continue in the upcoming three years it's not a good fit)

**Compensations and perks.**
- Medical and social insurance.
- Two to three weeks paid training. (Half the actual net salary)
- 21K Net salary.
- Annual bonus that can go up to 40k based on performance.
- Transportation for girls leaving after 12 am.

**Working hours. (Rotational shifts usually starts 3 or 4 PM Cairo time)**

**January**: 11 hours per day (1 day off per week in the first half, then no days off in the 2nd half of the month)
**February**:11 hours per day with one day off.
**March**:9 hours per day with one day off.
**April**: 8 hours per day with one day off
**May**: 6 hours per day with two days off.
**June, July**, and **August**: 4 hours per day with two days off.
**September**: 6 hours per day with two days off.
**October**: 8 hours per day with two days off.
**November**:9 hours per day with two days off
**December**: 10 hours per day with two days off.

Pay: E£15,000.00 - E£21,000.00 per month
