Electrical Draftsman

The Revit Draftsman uses Revit software to create and modify single and multifamily residential building designs. With the help of their technical expertise, this role ensures that drawings are accurate, meet industry standards, and can be constructed safely, and efficiently.

**Personal Skills**:

- Prepares detailed 2D/3D models and drawings of MEP designs and plans for single and multifamily buildings using Revit and AutoCAD Software’s.
- Prepares detailed MEP construction documents according to plans/specifications.
- Assists in documentation during conceptual, detailed design and as-built development stage.
- Coordinates electrical engineering drawings with architectural, civil, mechanical and plumbing drawings using Revit / Navisworks.
- Prepares the required Quantity Survey needed for the construction process with the required software such as Excel.
- Revises drawings as needed at any stage of the construction process.

**Technical Skills**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience working with Revit and AutoCAD to develop details for construction.
- Experience in Lumion is a plus.
- Good Knowledge with Excel.
- Associate degree in Drafting or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in building construction industry to include a strong background working on project with a residential builder.
