**Role Overview**:
As a Senior Business Developer at Capito, you will be responsible for managing and converting incoming leads generated from our marketing efforts. Your primary goal will be to grow the company’s revenue and increase the number of successful deals. This is a key role within our organization, requiring someone with proven experience in business development, particularly within a marketing agency environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with and qualify leads generated through company ads.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored marketing solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Develop and execute plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for new business development and potential partnerships.
- Track and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure growth.
