Set up relevant tools and reports to be used to assess the security posture and promotes the best of breed security practises across the Engineering functions

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Responsible for Software development
- Drive increased security compliance of our network end to end
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work as a team member to creatively and cooperatively solve problems and complete tasks.
- Ability to triage and debug issues and fix them promptly.
- Implement Virtualisation and segregation concepts
- Conduct proof of concept (POC) validation
- Responsible for optimal implementation process that delivers ensured quality.
- Decrease the design and implementation costs and to achieve a harmonized & simplified network infrastructure
- Participate in tender processes
- Supervision of external supporters and 3rd parties
- Quality assurance in the design and implementation process
- Support, Test & Accept / Audit the deployed solution
- Manage and control the different existing test environments
- Define necessary test catalogues and test plans
- Document test & QA activities
- Drive knowledge transfer and technical skill development
- Responsible to ensure a network documentation
- Support the state-of-the art network documentation for the implemented solution
- Ensure the quality of the documentation
- Responsible to ensure network harmonisation and standardization
- Harmonize Security network environments and services
- Drive network standards across Local markets

- Thorough experience in collaboration with the Office IT, Data centre, service management and ITIL processes
- In-depth knowledge in the following areas:

- Strong experience in Python and GoLang, automation scripting, and automation frameworks
- Designed, developed, and executed System Test documents (Test Strategy, Test setup, Test Report), test case documents
- Strong experience in GUI testing, Functional and Regression testing
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, GitHub, BitBucket or SVN
- Familiarity with software engineering tools for design documentation, revision control, and issue tracking
- Expert Knowledge in security (Encryption, Authentication, Authorization, Accounting, 802.1x, PKI, certificates)
- Knowledge in network management and network analysis

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- An academic degree and/or at least 5 + years work experience in an IT organization supporting large heterogeneous IT infrastructures.
- Experiences in project management
- Result-oriented and enjoy taking initiative as well as responsibility
- Fluent English oral and written
- 6+ years of Application Development experience
- 6+ years of DevOps experience
