Workshop Supervisor

**About the position**:

- Contribute to total customer satisfaction through ensuring proper distribution and execution of all repair orders and sublet repairs
- Ensure all customers vehicles are completed for delivery at the time promised
- Maintain minimum number of vehicle carryovers
- Maintain zero comebacks by conducting final quality inspections and instructing technicians on self-check procedures
- Contribute to efficient service operations by reducing the causes of and the time taken for job stoppages
- Ensure accurate recording of hours available and hours worked
- Ensure continued dealership profitability through correct loading of the service shop, based on facility and manpower capacities

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s Degree with Engineering background
- 5 years in Automotive with supervisory experience
- Experience in all aspects of vehicle diagnosis and diagnostic equipment
- Communicate and determine customers’ needs and to sell the dealership's parts and service capabilities
- Good communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
