Supply Chain

Purpose of Role:

- To lead and optimize the supply chain operation for NAWY ROA venture, encompassing planning, procurement, logistics and warehouse management.
- The role is pivotal to ensuring operational efficiency, cost effectiveness, and timely delivery of services to support the business growth and profitability.

Key Accountabilities:

- Oversee procurement processes to ensure cost-efficiency, quality standards, and supplier performance.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
- Implement best practices in sourcing and contract management.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies, addressing the fluctuating demand and project-based nature of operations.
- Collaborate with the construction management team, contractors, and stakeholders to forecast material and resource needs for ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
- Establish and maintain a master procurement and delivery schedule aligned with project milestones and deadlines.
- Mitigate risks by planning for contingencies, alternative suppliers, and buffer inventories to handle project delays or material shortages.

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record in planning, procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations.
- Experience in real estate, property management, or a similar asset-intensive industry is highly preferred.
