Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the technical support department and ensure the team provides timely and effective technical support to all employees.
- Manage and prioritize the workload of the technical support team to ensure efficient and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the technical support department.
- Maintain and update the company's computer systems, including hardware and software.
- Identify and recommend improvements to the company's computer systems and infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment of IT initiatives with the business needs.
- Ensure compliance with all IT policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Recruit, train, and manage the performance of technical support staff.
- Maintain accurate records of technical support activities, including the status of all open technical issues.
- Manage and track the department's budget, ensuring that resources are utilized effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT management, preferably in a technical support environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong social skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
- Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, including hardware and software.
- Experience with project management and budget management.
- Ability to identify and solve complex technical issues.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve business goals.

Pay: E£15,000.00 - E£23,000.00 per month
