**United Call Centers **is a global leader in providing multilingual call center services using an at-home workforce. At United Call Centers we provide OmniChannel Front Office BPO services globally in all languages and we are currently looking for talented **Trainers **who can join our international Team.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Attending weekly process meeting with the client
- Record process changes and communicate these to the management and the agents
- Responsibility over ILIAS
- Develop effective job coaching and training plans
- Communicate with employees to understand their goals and ambitions
- Assist agents to discover and overcome their personal barriers and set goals
- Assess the strengths of individuals and teach them to use them effectively
- Guide agents in learning to complete job tasks
- Help in the development of motivation and skills
- Monitor and evaluate progress of agents
- Keep records and documentation and prepare appropriate reports
- Providing training for new recruits
- Providing refresher trainings for the team
- Providing new project trainings
- Responsible for creating and updating training materials
- Responsible for Quality Audit checks for the team depending on training workload
- Responsible for providing feedback/coaching for the team based on QA checks depending on training workload
- Responsible for supporting the team with daily operational questions
- Be on time and available for given shifts
- Participation on all required training
- Giving immediate feedback in case of any difficulties or issues with the used programs

**Requirements**:

- Proven previous experience as a trainer
- Strong level of English and German/French language knowledge
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
- Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in teaching
- Proficient in MS Office (esp. Powerpoint); e-learning software is an asset
- Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Critical thinking and decision making
- BSc/BA in business, HR, finance, or relevant field is an advantage
- Ability to work 8 hours a day, 40 hours/week between 9:00 - 18:00 CET Monday - Friday (weekend work may also be required occasionally)
