**Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced faculty member to join our team in the Humanities Program at the University of Science and Technology (UST) at Zewail City (ZC).
- making, problem-solving, conflict resolution and change management.

By the end of this course, students should be able to:

- Identify and demonstrate knowledge of the major leadership theories.
- Identify the differences between different personality traits and types.
- Make use of the basics of communication skills as future leaders.
- Understand how groups form and work.
- Develop a good understanding of the decision-making process in relation to leadership.
- Define problems and find suitable solutions as leaders or as members of groups.
- Demonstrate the ability to mitigate and resolve conflicts within groups.
- Demonstrate the ability to utilize motivation principles in leadership contexts.
- Understand the nature of change and think of ways to lead change in order to make a difference.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in relevant areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
