**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACOUNTABILITIES**
- Identifies the action plan of the corporate service in accordance with the Branch Manager
- Identifies Corporate customer’s needs and fulfills it with proper bank’s products and services
- Handles corporate customers requests and inquiries related to their accounts, products and services in a professional manner and refers them to respective relationship manager when needed
- Approves various corporate customers requests and counter transactions according to authority matrix
- Promotes EGBANK products and services and uses cross selling techniques with EGBANK existing corporate clients
- Coaches and trains staff reporting to him/her to ensure full awareness of bank’s products, services, policies and procedures
- Carries and handles efficiently custody items, and keys as per custodian matrix and relevant policies and procedures
- Adheres to Branch Operating Model
- Carries out any task requested by Branch Manager
- **JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum education- : Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field of study- Desired education- : N/A- Languages- : Fluent in Arabic and English (writing and speaking)- Ideal experience- : Minimum 5 years of banking experience, 3 of which in customer service and sales
