**Job Summary**:
As an Onboarding/Tele Sales Agent at Cartona, you play a pivotal role in introducing new retailers to our innovative B2B platform and providing ongoing sales support. You are the first point of contact for retailers, guiding them through the onboarding process, and ensuring a smooth transition into our platform. In addition, you actively engage with retailers through to provide sales assistance, answer inquiries, and build lasting relationships.

**Responsibilities**:
1- Welcome and assist new retailers in joining Cartona app, explaining the benefits, and ensuring a seamless registration process.

2- Provide comprehensive training to retailers on how to use Cartona app, guiding them through account setup, browsing products, placing orders, and utilizing features.

3- Proactively engage with retailers to understand their needs, offer product recommendations, and assist with order placement, thus contributing to increased sales.

4- Address and resolve any issues or concerns retailers may encounter during onboarding or the sales process, serving as their primary point of contact for assistance.

5- Foster strong and positive relationships with retailers, aiming to create a sense of trust and reliability in our platform and services.

6- Act as a conduit for retailer feedback and suggestions, sharing their insights with the Cartona team to drive continuous improvements.

7- Provide ongoing support and assistance to retailers, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a positive experience.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Previous experience in customer onboarding, tele sales, customer support, or a related role.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt to different situations.

Empathy, patience, and the ability to build rapport with retailers.

A customer-centric approach, prioritizing retailer satisfaction.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
