Immigration Specialist

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain accurate client records and documentation while ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations
- Coordinate with U.S. employers, educational institutions, and relevant government agencies as needed
- Conduct initial screening interviews and assess educational credentials and professional experience
- Stay current with U.S. immigration laws, policies, and procedural changes

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in immigration consulting or related legal services
- Strong understanding of local labor markets and professional qualification standards
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language(s)
- Demonstrated ability to maintain detailed records and handle sensitive information
- Experience with immigration compliance and documentation requirements

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Master's degree in relevant field
- Professional certification in immigration law or consulting
- Experience working with international corporations or recruitment agencies
- Knowledge of multiple languages common in the region
- Familiarity with U.S. business culture and employment practices

- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
- Ability to maintain professional relationships with government agencies and institutional partners
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to legal compliance
