**Job Scope**:
Working with multiple stakeholders from within finance and from other functions to bring visibility and manage business performance of both overheads and cash elements

**Roles & Responsibilities
- Annual budgets and target setting for overheads and cash elements
- Signing off monthly closing figures by country
- Monthly forecasting and actuals commentary
- Leading functional forums for budget monitoring and progress vs. targets
- Preparing for monthly calls with global team on overheads and cash performance
- Performing deep-dive analyses, prepare actions, and drive actions across NALI for overheads & cash performance
- Periodically updating LT on overheads & cash performance and the future plans

**Key Competencies & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Management
- Fluent in English
- Has good communication skills.
- Sap Experience is a plus
- Prior experience in controller role is preferred
