IT Trainer

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver training programs to employees in the logistics and supply chain industry
- Develop training materials such as handouts, videos, and powerpoint presentations
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Identify individual and organizational training needs
- Create instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids)
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and industry trends
- Provide feedback and coaching to employees during training and follow-up sessions
- Manage the training program in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements, and Quality Management System

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- Experience in designing and delivering IT training programs
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to assess and evaluate training program effectiveness
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms
- Knowledge of trends in computer technology relating to software
- Ability to conduct research into course development and delivery concepts, as well as technical software issues
- Experience/Prior Training/Knowledge in Logistics, Customs and freight forwarding domain is a plus.
- Must have fluency in both English and Arabic
