**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities
- Maintains records of Incoming and outgoing goods - Production and Deliveries
- Receives and inspects all incoming materials
- distributes documentation with purchase orders, reports, and documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
- Inspects items, as to quality and quantity, against freight documents.
- Preparing material reconciliations with suppliers
- Counts, weighs, and measures goods received or issued.
- Unpacks incoming goods and wraps and packs outgoing goods.
- Stock materials according to a prescribed inventory system.
- Work in a safe manner and respect the signs posted in the warehouse
- Report damage/accident occurred in the warehouse.
- Arrange physical inventories by counting stock.
- Maintains the warehouse, records area, and stores area in a safe, neat, and orderly manner.
- Keeps record of all the documents regarding receipt and issuance of materials.
- Inspects and Ensures that the quantity of drums delivered reconciles with delivery notes.
- Ensures that third-party trucks are in adequation with safety, legal, and quality minimum requirements.
- Coordinates transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
- Assists in daily logistic account activities as well as in the auditing of invoices and set up of accounts for payment.
- Maintains inventory and coordinates freight shipments and document preparation.
- Review purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
- Tracks and troubleshoots shipping errors.
- Performs physical inventories and cycles counts, and orders materials and supplies as needed. Reconciles inventory discrepancies and updates the inventory system when necessary.
- May assist with identifying improvement opportunities across the site, including in the inventory and counting processes.
- May perform accounting support activities.
- May assist with transportation scheduling and warehouse operations.
- Incorporates and ensures safety observances are met, including the use of all PPE by colleagues, ensuring guards and safety features are working, and promoting good daily safety practices and habits, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- Typically possesses a high school diploma and 3 to 5 years warehouse relevant experience

Knowledge and Skills
- Good customer service skills.
- Effective written and oral communication skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to effectively balance multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of accounting practices.
- Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively with others as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Basic knowledge of the English Language.
- Experienced in warehouse ERP system entry.
