**What you'll be doing**

Our Duty Manager in will be responsible to look after sales related problems, dealing with customer complains and overall supervision of the staff on the shift

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the effective coordination for the stock replenishment in the Duty Free
- Responsible for maintaining high standard in respect to each location and displaying merchandise within all shops
- Responsible for monitoring any stock losses within the shops
- Ensure all merchandise in all shops is bar-coded and priced correctly
- Responsible for preparing and monitoring any promotional activities organized for the shop
- Control and monitor the control books and inventory records in the shop
- Handle returned items and refunds
- Conduct end-of shift variance checks
- Conduct frequent spot checks
- Provide sufficient cash change breakdown in all POS machines
- Ensure that all leave taken by staff members does not affect customer service or shop security
- Manage team workload in a fair and responsible manner
- Ensure all shops are properly cleaned and all merchandise are in good visual representation
- Ensure that shop communication logs are properly maintained
- Ensure that the daily checklist is completed correctly
- Manage the day to day running of the business
- Prepare shift reports at end of shift (OM's report)
