- Compile all receipts in excel and send them to Finance.
- In-fleet and De-fleet Excel Sheet Attached. Refer to model number excel.
- Insert details on SAP, update them and add violations, damages, extra mileage, etc to LT contracts on SAP.
- Handle mobile phones and make sure stations are collecting money for violations.
- Create user accounts, IT Tickets and Microsoft Form on SIXT account.
- Complete form for Individuals moving between departments. Complete signage from Managers and Department Heads.
- Ensure that the checklist is complete. Arrange that incoming employee have all the needed items before the first day.
- Complete Travel Request and send to HC.
- Track all devices given to employees.
- Receive vehicles list from insurance department and send it to department heads.
- Master excel sheet with all vehicles on Cobra to ensure license renewal.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree from any discipline.
- 2-3 years’ experience in similar position.
- Excellent command of English language, German is a plus.
- Excellent computer skills.
