**Role Description**

This is a full-time role for a Odoo Implementer. The Odoo Implementer will be responsible for analyzing customer's business processes and requirements, developing technical solutions, conducting system configurations, managing data migration, and training users. The role is located in Qesm Badr, with flexibility for some remote work.
Following the meetings, the specialist implements a project plan and schedule that lists each task in the implementation project, the person with accountability for the task and the task’s due date.
Specialists distribute the project plan to the entire team to get their feedback and confirm the project milestone dates.
Troubleshoot and respond to system requests by providing detailed resolutions to supported customers within the pre-determined time frame of the contracted service level agreement.
Follow through with employees and customers whose issues are not closed to Identify solutions to work around open issues that are under investigation or pending resolution to the tickets assigned by a Team Lead or Manager.
Complete, maintain all company paperwork in a timely, accurate and efficient manner alongside the company’s guidelines.

**Qualifications**:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,buisness, IT, or a related field
1+ years of experience in implementing and customizing Odoo systems for clients
Strong technical knowledge of Odoo core functionalities such as CRM, sales, inventory, manufacturing, and accounting
Experience in writing and customizing Odoo modules, and developing custom reports
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in cross-functional teams
Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
