We're looking to hire a Fleet Specialist to join our team who will have an essential role in facilitating a smooth expansion of our last-mile delivery. You will be managing the day-to-day fleet operations and all relations with the fleet vendors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning the fleet capacity, ensuring best utilization with the best cost modeling.
- Acquiring and Developing fleet channels, ensuring that the operations team has the right capacity at the right time.
- Managing Day to Day fleet operations, ensuring that the customer orders are being fulfilled smoothly on time.
- Liaising with fleet vendors to track, review and enhance performance.
- Develop insights, build reports, and present fleet analytics to the management.
- having a fleet pipeline to ensure the availability of the fleet at any time with the best cost.
- Train and onboard new vendors/drivers and Delivery associates.

**Requirements**:

- BS degree in business administration or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a fleet management role.
- Attention to detail to ensure records are kept as needed.
- Time-management and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Very good command of spoken and written English.
