Reporting Channel/Interactions:

- Reports mainly to the School Relations Specialist and Head of Department

Interacts and communicates with:

- local and international schools
- All university departments and students
- Outside suppliers & organizers

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist in coordinating with university departments the school visits’ schedule and agenda
- Conduct GUC Tour & Presentations
- Prepare/update and conduct regular School Presentations
- Handle all necessary correspondence with potential schools
- Maintain strong relations with school administrations
- Execute university-related events to promote GUC Admission
- Attend and administer preparatory meetings and handle logistics related to school events
- Handle all administrative tasks and inquiries
- Maintain an updated Schools’ database
- Handle any ad-hoc assigned duties

Job Requirements

Educational Background:

- University degree in General Management
- Fresh Graduate or (1 - 3 years) experience in the Marketing Field

Job-related Skills:

- Language Skills: Arabic - Written & Spoken fluent
- English - Written & spoken fluent
- German is an asset
- Organizational Skills
- Administrative Skills
- Interpersonal Skills
- Presentation Skills are of high importance
