DUTIES: Responsible for providing technical support to current customers. Able to provide basic service support to customers. Demonstrates the ability to work in a safety focused environment. General awareness of business, equipment & products. Understands value proposition. (1) Installs and repairs machinery or equipment at customer sites, utilizing knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic machinery. Installs and repairs machinery or equipment at customer sites, utilizing knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic machinery. This includes (1) Assisting the engineer or site leader with mechanical design and maintenance tasks; (2) Installing and performing diagnostic tests on mechanical systems; (3) Developing and implementing maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns; (4) Troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs; (5) Documenting processes and maintaining mechanical service records; (6) Monitoring the availability of parts and replenishing supplies; (7) Optimizing the efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings; (8) Maintaining a tidy work environment and adhering to industry regulations. Procedures// QUALIFICATIONS: (1) Secondary education, or Technical college Diploma / Technical college degree.(2) 0-1 years experience in industrial/mechanical environment. // ONBOARDING DETAILS: IT Provisioning: (Yes); PPE Requirement: (Safety shoes, helmet, safety glasses, safety gloves, ear plugs); Safety Risks: (Building Evacuation, Hand Tools, Chemical Handling, Electrical Safety, and Driving).
