Summer Intern

**COMPANY DESCRIPTION**:
:
The Summer Intern will provide coordination and programmatic support to various organizational functions and projects in the day-to-day activities eg. report writing, handle clients, provide analysis reports, attend events, conduct placement tests, social media based on the assigned function of Marketing/Finance/HR/Scholarships Projects/ Customer Service/Executive Office/English Language/Testing and Business Development departments.

**RESPONSBILITIES**:

- Draft operational processes and document department structure
- Communicate with other departments concerning their requests
- organization skills, solution oriented and can work independently
- Perform data entry tasks on database
- Assist in general tasks
- Provide up-to-date information to internal & external clients and other departments

- Excellent written and oral English and Arabic communication skills
- Very good computer literacy in MS Office
- Ability to organize and maintain large amount of detailed information
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to work independently and accept responsibility
- Openness to learn

**SKILLS**:

- Excellent written and oral English and Arabic communication skills
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good user of Microsoft office with special focus on Excel
- Very good communication and presentation skills
