In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

As an Application Developer, you will lead IBM into the future by translating system requirements into the design and development of customized systems in an agile environment. Your Role and Responsibilities
- Design and develop RPA solutions using industry-leading tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Analyze, configure, and optimize business processes to make them more efficient and scalable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective automation solutions.
- Develop documentation, including technical specifications, test plans, and user guides.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful implementation and adoption of RPA technology.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technology, tools, and best practices.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 2+ years of experience in robotic process automation, preferably as a developer.
- Solid understanding of RPA concepts, tools, and technologies.
- Proficiency in one or more RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Strong programming skills in languages like C#, VB.NET, Java, or Python.
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
