Head of Delivery

We are seeking an experienced Head of Delivery to lead our software delivery team at Blink22. In this strategic role, you will oversee the project delivery process, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

As the Head of Delivery, you will be responsible for resource allocation, project planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and client services, to ensure alignment and successful execution of project goals. You will also be instrumental in developing best practices, methodologies, and tools to enhance the effectiveness of the delivery team.

**Requirements**:
**Required Technical Skills**:

- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in project management or delivery management in the software industry.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Experience managing large-scale software projects from inception to delivery.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Ability to analyze key metrics and manage budgets effectively.
- Technical background to understand customer requirements and guide development teams.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
