Engagements are typically focused on digitization of existing operations & processes and/or activation of digital customer engagement channels. With a team of 100+ tech and market consultants, robusta maintains an impactful footprint across EMEA and engages with its clients through its two key operations hubs in Egypt and Germany.

**Position Overview**

A Technical Project Manager is basically responsible for project planning and execution, ensuring the timely delivery of milestones aligned with the team and being on the top of the project cycle. They will be a frontliner with the clients sharing product progress/updates and aligning the technical aspects with product goals. This will demand a solid technical background, experience/capabilities in project management methodologies.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining the scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional teams, providing clear direction and ensuring effective communication among team members.
- Collaborate with various departments, including development, QA, and operations, to achieve project objectives.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Allocate and manage resources efficiently to meet project goals.
- Establish and enforce quality standards for project deliverables.
- Implement testing and validation processes to ensure the reliability of technical solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing project updates and addressing concerns.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of project tasks, ensuring that team members are on track and meeting deadlines.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and status reports.
- Ensure that documentation is comprehensive and accessible to team members.

**Requirements**:
**What we need from you**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business informatics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on technical projects.
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Jira, clickup, or Notion.
- Experience in managing client relationships and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience in setting and monitoring Product KPIs, using analytics tools such as GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Looker Studio, etc..
- Project Management expertise; creating roadmaps, defining requirements, focusing on delivery
- Strong grasp of the English language
- High quality bar and attention to detail; ability to decide the readiness of a release, and evaluating output of cross-functional teams.
- Solid reporting ability for progress reports, CPS management, and optimization of time and costs.
