**Job Description**:

- Develop, manage, and monitor the company’s budget, making sure it aligns with our strategic goals.
- Develop short-term and long-term financial forecasts to guide strategic planning.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Predicting future financial trends to report to management and stakeholders, providing advice on how future business decisions might be impacted.
- Identify financial risks and execute strategies that ensure the company's financial stability
- Effectively manage the company’s cash flow to maintain liquidity and ensure our financial processes' seamless operation.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other governmental policies and procedures such as those of the social insurance, labor office, etc
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and insights for senior management for decision-making.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver financial presentations to the executive team and board of directors, providing key insights and recommendations.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience as a Financial Manager or a similar role.
- Professional finance qualification (or in pursuit) (e.g. CFA) is highly valued.
- Strong knowledge of Finance principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of social insurance, labor office, local taxes, and other necessary regulations and laws.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (such as Odoo).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
