The Role
**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the same role - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Relevant IT certifications, such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) - Strong knowledge of network technologies, server administration, and IT security best practices - Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues - Proficiency in various operating systems, network protocols, and IT security tools
