IT Tender Analyst

**Job Summary: Tender Specialist with Strong Technical Background Key Responsibilities: Tender Management**:

- Review and analyse tender documents to ensure a clear understanding of technical and financial requirements.
- Prepare and manage the timeline for proposal submission in coordination with different teams.

**Communication and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with technical departments to gather required specifications and data for proposals.
- Communicate with suppliers and partners to obtain required pricing and services.

**Proposal Preparation**:

- Develop technical and commercial proposals in compliance with tender requirements.
- Ensure high-quality and timely submission of proposals.

**Market and Competitor Analysis**:

- Study market needs and assess future project requirements.
- Analyses competitors' proposals to develop competitive pricing strategies.

**Compliance Assurance**:

- Ensure adherence to local regulations and tender-related laws.
- Review and update processes to meet quality standards and company policies.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (technical background required).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tender management or technical procurement.
- Strong analytical skills in reviewing documents and preparing technical and commercial proposals.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** and proposal preparation tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a team.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in tenders related to IT or technical solutions.
- Familiarity with **ERP** systems or bid management tools.
- Professional certifications like **PMP** or **CIPS** are a plus.
