Overview:

**Follow-up to achieve productivity, efficiency, and waste rates according to AOP for each of the packaging and processing areas**

**Responsibilities**:

- **follow up on the performance of operators and evaluating their performance**:

- ** Giving the desired and necessary coaching on a continuous basis with the operators**:

- ** Follow up on achieving of the production plan**:

- ** Follow up the results of the AIB**:

- ** Full responsibility for the quality of the product**:

- ** Knowing operators needs and fulfill their requirements**:

- **Train operators and new incoming labors**:

- **Follow up on operators’ reports and sign them while maintaining accuracy**:

- ** Ensure availability raw materials and spare parts**:

- ** Assist Production engineer in setting the production plan**:

- ** **Ensure Proper Delivering and receiving from previous shifts**:

- ** **Working according to the M&W system. Emphasis on calculating operating times in the correct manner and making a detailed analysis of the True and net efficiency losses of production lines**.**:

- **Lead daily self-maintenance activities and plans**:

- ** **Conducting daily meetings to implement the next self-maintenance activities**:

- ** **Reviewing the performance of the work area for self-maintenance and setting plans and corrective actions**:

- ** Review the OPL(one point lesson) and the improvement projects submitted by team members**:

- ** Ensure that the requirements of the 5S and the Activity Board are implemented**

Qualifications:
**An intermediate qualification (manufacturing ) and a bachelor degree is preferred**

**2-3 years of experience**
