Odoo Implementer

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an Odoo Implementer located in Cairo, Egypt. The Odoo Implementer will be responsible for implementing and customizing Odoo modules, providing training and support to users, analyzing and documenting business processes, and collaborating with the development team to enhance system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations, including requirement gathering, gap analysis, customization, deployment, and training.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and provide tailored Odoo solutions to meet their needs.
Customize Odoo modules based on client-specific requirements.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and after implementation.
Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Train users on new functionalities and ensure smooth transitions post-implementation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo features and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation and customization.
Proficiency in multiple Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing).
Strong understanding of Odoo’s framework and architecture.
Experience in Python, JavaScript, and XML for Odoo customization.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client expectations and build strong relationships.
Experience in leading and mentoring junior team members is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Odoo certification or equivalent experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
