Agro Planner

Overview:
Maintain appropriate raw potato availability for all CFI plants through balancing production requirements with fleet, Cold stores, storage Capacities, Suppliers & Agro Inhouse to support manufacturing team achieving company targets

**Responsibilities**:

- Performing all Deployment planning activities through the company raw material storage facilities.
- Lead Daily meetings with the team to adjust daily activities.
- Checking all storage facilities revolving stocks to have its minimum stocks and work on enhancing the availability within a defined reorder point.
- Assure the existence of Min-Max stock models according to the storage capacity and type of raw material sourcing mechanism (Harvest season, Local sourcing)
- Team up with logistics, warehouses, Inhouse Farms & Suppliers to achieve the desired targets with highest quality on time.
- Close coordination with Agro commercial to execute required purchasing operations of raw material.
- Following up on suppliers’ performance.
- Issuing the Deployment KPIs’ monthly report on time.
- Send Daily Plan to Suppliers, Inhouse and CS Depletion to Different Available Destination & Track on its execution.
- Daily and Monthly Availability reviews.
- Developing, Reporting, and following up on the Agro KPI's Dashboard to enhance Team performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree Engineering - Commerce or any relevant Field.
- 1-3 years experience in Supply Chain.
- Good command of English Language (written and spoken).
- Excellent PC skills (Excel - Word - PowerPoint).
