You as Supervisor are responsible for the production of your department, you participate in this and ensures that your department looks perfect. You run your department in a commercial way and makes for satisfied, enthusiastic and well-trained staff. We are a Dutch concept who is opening his first branch this summer. The philosophy of our concept is fresh and homemade. Every single product is made on the spot. Together with your team you every day for the best results. You are responsible for pizza, pasta, grill, fish, meat and home made french fries in our Restaurant. All these dishes ar served at the spot to our guests. We therefore expect a high knowledge and motivation within this department. This is definitely our busiest department and will have a high turnover rate. You provide the right details, freshness and continuity of our dishes/ You have to work very much with the quality and need to check every second of the day. All these products are made accordance with our recipe. You have a good product knowledge and are eager to learn. You have an eye for detail and are always accurate. Take care of friendly and cheerful staff, always willing to help our customers. You are a clear example for your employees. Give lead a group of up to 10 employees. Are explicity present in the workplace. Run your department on a commercial way. Are responsible for the result of your department. Are responsible for the maintenance and hygiene of your department. Very good level in terms of presentation and hygiene. Very good communication skills especially with customers. Customers oriented and have passion in dealing within restaurant atmosphere. Honest and have an excellent level of ethics. Preferable Giza resident, October, Zayed or surrounding area. Financial packages will be above market average for the very good profiles.
