Itsm Bmc Engineer

Perform integrations with other systems. such as: Implementing and configuring BMC Mobility & Business Object and integrations with Remedy and Atrium Discovery tool (ADDM)
- Administrate BMC Remedy, CMDB atrium database, ADDM, Truesight, and Entuity.
- Upgrade and Use data migration
- Configure the credentials and discover all of the server platform types.
- Troubleshoot schedule jobs results (No Access, Success, Skipped and errors...)
- Use resync function and resolve issues related.
- Upgrade the appliance and update TKU.
- Take a backup and restore.
- Create CAM as standard and custom.
- Write TPL on ADDM and Modify it.
- Configure the newly servers discovered by using queries and generating reports.
- Prepare Analysis, Design, Implementation, and Closure Documents.
- Make Workshops and training sessions.
- Single Sign-On and Load Balancer Implementation
- Configure Dashboards and Analytics
- Use AR System - Customizations related to Error Handling & Integration with External System
- Own the offshore Responsibility of the overall sprint or iteration outcome.
- Have a good understanding of Business requirements.

**Technical Skills**:

- Experience 4-6 years or more in ManageEngine, BMC, ServiceNow, Microfocus, SolarWinds,..
- Experience being involved in several types of solution implementations
- Good technical background with the ability to discuss architecture, hardware, and software.
- Good understanding of Windows, UNIX and Linux infrastructure including File System, Registry, Active Directory, user profiles, and security.
- Good knowledge of scripting, Database Servers Administration / SQL Query, and programming skills
- Networking basics understanding
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- V.Good knowledge of ITIL, having a certificate is a plus

Bachelor of Engineering with a Specialization in Communication or Computer or Bachelor of Computer
