Team Overview:

Being part of the Operations Team will give you the unique opportunity to be responsible for pushing the sustained growth of the DiDi Mobility driver platform while adding value to the marketplace in Egypt via executing new initiatives.

Role Responsibilities:

- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large volumes of data related to driver behavior, ride patterns, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
- Assisting in the analysis of our extensive user database and contribute to the development and maintenance of intuitive dashboards that highlight key metrics and trends.
- Handling routine technical configurations within operational systems.
- Working in conjunction with the marketing team to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, special events, and promotions.
- Offering administrative and analytical support for cross-functional projects led by the Operations Manager. Help in managing timelines and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
- Evaluating existing operational processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

Role Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a data analysis, business analysis, or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using statistical tools and software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools. SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
