Review customer inquiries/requests (RFP, RFQ, RFI, etc.) to establish submission requirements.
- Prepare outlines reflecting the customer request’s requirements.
- Assign sections and communicate deadlines to the technical team.
- Prepare outlines reflecting response content to customer requirements.
- Work with the Graphics team to select photographs and graphics to enhance a proposal’s aesthetic and key messages.
- Write and edit the personnel and experience sections of the proposal.
- Prepare technical and commercial presentations using MS power point.
- Work with the Graphics team to select photographs and graphics to enhance presentations aesthetic and key messages.
- Write and prepare meeting minutes and action items when required.
- Gather information and prepare responses to EOIs, prequalification questionnaires, etc.
- Edit and refine technical sections to ensure content is clear and persuasive.
- Format large, complex documents using MS Word, including inserting graphics and photographs, captions, footers, headers, etc.
- Verify compliance with the request, including the inclusion of forms and financial information.
- Guide proposal content through the appropriate review cycles prior to submission.
- Coordinate on-time production and delivery.
- Follow proposal close-out processes.
- Coordinate project start-up activities (when proposals are won)

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of professional experience in a relevant field such as project coordination, project management, technical proposals preparation
- Strong command of English language, technical writing and proposals writing/editing
- A bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related degree.
- Advanced listening skills with a demonstrated ability to accurately summarize information provided in interviews and meeting.
- Superior editing skills
- Proficiency in MS Word
- Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of professionals at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with Adobe InDesign an asset.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint or a similar document management system an asset.
