- Set the objectives and provide clear guidelines to the team in managing the daily service in all service center areas and drive continuous improvements to the functions.
- Participate in development of service center internal policies, processes, procedures and instructions to be implemented by staff so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
- Assist in conjunction with the After Sales Manager in setting the sales targets of the Technical Service area.
- Develop an operating plan for the workflow in workshop and follow up on the plan implementation to guarantee that the vehicle repair/maintenance process is executed in a time and efficient manner.
- Propose and agree with the After Sales Manager a compensation system for workers that complies with their expectations, contributes to their motivation and helps to meet the objectives of the Technical Service area.
- Organize, plan and control the ongoing improvement measures for the activities of the Authorized Service’s Technical Service.
- Manage the resources of the Technical Service area (personnel, workstations, etc.), coordinating planning tasks and analyzing and reporting deviations in their execution to accomplish the area’s objectives.
- Handle referred come-back vehicles cases from reception head and follow up on the work done ensuring that the vehicle errors/ problem is well diagnosed and repaired in compliance with manufacturer-recommended procedure standards.
- Monitor that staff obtain the required tools and equipment necessary to maintain and repair and service all service vehicles.
- Ensure that the customer’s problems have been solved and that customer inconveniences complaints and misunderstandings are dealt with fairly and quickly.
- Ensure the vehicle is diagnosed efficiently and in a professional manner according to the Service core processed standards.
- Maintain adherence of the team to the quality standard of operation and manufacturer-recommended procedure standards while dealing with customers' vehicles.
- Review and approve on requested spare parts for the service center and strive to increase labor and parts sales by optimizing the operations and raise the quality of the inspection, maintenance and repairs operations.
- Perform their work in compliance with the current Health & Safety and Environment regulations.
- Ensure conservation, order and cleanliness of their workplace and of the installations and equipment of the Technical Service area.
- Guarantee that the service center is presented as the best service provider in its territory of service re-possibility.
- Ensure compliance with all contract commitments, regulations and directives applicable to the Service department.
- Recruit, coach and appraise team to ensure they are operating to their full potential and ensure that team members are in line with organizational requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or any equivalent degree.
- Valid driver’s license holder.
- 7-9 years of experience with minimum 2 years in the same position.
- Advanced understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, negotiation and problem-solving skills, even in difficult situations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage a team in a proficient way to utilize them best.
- Ability to maintain positive and productive relations with sales and business management.
- Ability to perform tasks with enthusiasm and high degree of commitment.
