**Envision Employment Solutions** is currently looking for a Data Architect Manager
** **for one of our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Play a critical role in identifying innovative technology solutions, exploring how these could be integrated to support the business, and evaluating effectiveness.
- Spearhead all data-related initiatives that the entity will undertake in relation to innovation.
- Acts as a leader in emerging date techniques and technologies, articulating digital compliance with the existing infrastructure.
- Follow IT standards practices, and procedures
- Define and maintain the conceptual and logical data models of the Enterprise data warehouse
- Own and drive the data architecture for key projects, and ensure the data assets are built for reuse and that existing assets are reused
- Demonstrate a creative and innovation-driven ability to articulate software development best practices related to scalability, reliability, security, and usability.
- Evaluate and choose the right tools for right purposes
- Using a techno-functional background to influence; design, architecture, and technology solutions.
- Work with Infrastructure team to design and set up the right Infrastructure with appropriate monitoring tools
- Proactively identify and manage the technology risks and issues

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering or related discipline and appropriate registration with a recognized professional institute
- **15+ years** of IT experience within Financial Services/Banking domain.
- ** 10+ years** of leading data enterprise wide programs, operating and influencing effectively across the organization and within complex contexts
- ** 10+ years** of hands-on engagement in implementing enterprise wide programs pertaining to structured/relational, semi-structured and unstructured data.
- Should have strong techno functional expertise.
- Should have a deep understanding of Industry Standard Banking Products in Areas of Deposits, Lending, Payments, Cards and their data footprint.
- Strong understanding of Relational database concepts / ETL technologies / Database Design / Analytics
- Strong understanding of noSQL technologies and concepts of Big Data.
- Ability to understand and implement AI, deep learning, ANN, Big Data visualization and related technologies.
- Ability to operate in a diverse, multicultural, multinational work environment, exhibiting appropriate sensitivities
- Excellent command of both written and verbal English and Arabic would be an advantage
