Immigration Lawer

**Key Responsibilities**:
→ **Residency Applications**: Assist clients with the legal process of obtaining residency in Egypt, whether for work, permanent residence, or tourism purposes.
→ **Work and Employment Visas**: Advise and assist clients in obtaining work-related residency permits, including legal support for employers and expatriates.
→ **Tourism Residency**: Guide clients through the process of obtaining temporary residency for tourism or extended stays.
→ **Legal Consultation**: Provide clients with clear legal advice on immigration regulations, residency requirements, and any updates to Egyptian immigration laws.
→ **Client Representation**: Represent clients in legal matters related to immigration and residency, liaising with Egyptian authorities and government offices.

**Key Requirements**:
→ **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years practising immigration law, with specific experience in Egyptian residency laws.
→ **Legal Knowledge**: Strong understanding of residency, work visas, and tourism-related residency requirements in Egypt.
→ **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal processes to clients clearly and concisely.
→ **Client-Focused**: Dedicated to providing personalised legal services tailored to each client's unique situation.
→ **Language Skills**: Fluency in English and Arabic is essential. Additional languages are a plus.
