Concerning the financial custody of the station and its disbursement in coordination with the operating manager by a written order.
- Recording all daily expenses in the expense statement and having it approved by the Operations Manager.
- Submit a daily disbursement statement to the financial department and the operating manager, supported by supporting documents.
- Reviewing and calculating (and accounting for all daily workers periodically according to the statement submitted by the operating manager and the diary statement of the station workers).
- Attend the committees of receiving the final complete production before handing it over to the refrigerator.
- Disbursement from the accountant's custody shall be made according to a written order from the operating manager within the limits of the station’s custody.
- Disbursement is made with a cash exchange voucher with all signatures.
- The amounts not supported by documents are separated by a separate statement and approved by the operating manager, provided that they do not exceed specific percentage of the total custody to be determined later.
- A statement of daily expenses is sent to the Director of Operations and Financial Management.
- The Trust shall be closed and replaced upon reaching 75% of the Trust or every Wednesday of each week.
- Continuous follow-up of the station guard
- Responsible for following up on anything related to the station from maintenance work in coordination with the operating manager.
- Any other tasks required of him in the field of accounting work he is fully prepared to perform**.**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Commerce major Accounting
- Experience from 4 to 8 years
