**Job Description**:

- Mentors and supervises manual annotators to make sure the work is done with the highest quality in the expected time
- Reports to Project Manager on a daily basis
- Conducts induction training to newcomers
- Analyzes manual annotator’s problems and categorizes them to be reported to the appropriate entities
- Prepares documentations and guidelines to be used by manual annotators
- Learns the tool’s new features that would help boosts the quality and the speed of the manual annotators and teaches those features to the manual annotators
- Reviews sample outputs from the manual annotators

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Has at least 2 years of experience (not a fresh grade)
- Not older than 35 years
- Elementary English level
- Experience in manual annotation is considered a big plus o Tools like: (LabelImg, Labelme, Labelbox, Darwin v7, Darklabel, dataturks, Supervise.ly, CVAT, Scale AI, etc)
- Quick learner and hard worker
- Details oriented
