- Oversees the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including staffing, scheduling, and task assignments.
- Ensures guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained according to established standards.
- Conducts regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain quality control.
- Manages housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develops and implements cleaning procedures and schedules.
- Controls inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Handles guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepares and manages the housekeeping department budget.
