**Job Title: Sales Representative - Business Partnerships**

As a vital component of QWK's growth engine, Sales Team Members are responsible for spearheading the expansion of our partner network and customer base. This role demands a proactive approach to identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, as well as maximizing the potential of existing relationships. With a keen understanding of the delivery services landscape, Sales Team Members develop tailored sales strategies that align with QWK's mission and market goals. Excellence in this role is achieved through a blend of strategic sales initiatives, adept relationship management, and a relentless pursuit of targets.

Strategic Business Development
- Conduct in-depth market research to uncover new sales opportunities and understand emerging trends within the delivery services and e-commerce ecosystems.
- Forge strategic partnerships by identifying key players in the industry and creating alignment with QWK’s value propositions, enhancing our market positioning and service offerings.
- Comprehensive Client and Partner Management
- Develop a consultative approach to manage client and partner portfolios, offering customized solutions that address their unique challenges and contribute to their success.
- Implement a systematic relationship management process, including regular performance reviews with partners to ensure continuous improvement and mutual growth.

Innovative Sales Execution and Contract Negotiation
- Utilize advanced negotiation techniques to secure profitable deals, focusing on creating long-term value for both QWK and its partners.
- Employ creative sales tactics and strategies, such as bundled offerings or tiered service models, to differentiate QWK in competitive pitches and proposals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, operations, and product development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market expansion and service delivery.
- Initiate and lead cross-departmental initiatives to improve product offerings, service delivery, and customer satisfaction, based on insights gathered from sales activities and market feedback.
- Enhanced Reporting, Analysis, and Strategic Planning
- Leverage advanced analytics and CRM tools to track sales performance, forecast future trends, and inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis to identify market gaps and opportunities for differentiation, adapting sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a high-performing sales role, with demonstrated success in the delivery service, F&B sector, logistics sectors or similar sectors.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing strategic sales plans that have directly contributed to significant business growth.
- Deep familiarity with CRM and data analysis tools, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Exceptional negotiation, conflict resolution, and persuasive communication skills, with a track record of closing high-value deals.
