Reefer Engineer

**Responsibilities**:
**Maintenance**:

- Follow up on the PMS plan
- Minimize the downtime for equipment
- Follow-up on the workshop's housekeeping
- Follow the yearly maintenance repair plan

**Reporting**:

- Monthly Equipment Healthy Report
- Monthly PMS Report
- Monthly Technician Performance Report

**Third Party Interactions**:

- Follow-up on renewal of third-party inspection certificate (Tools & Equipment)

**Managerial Responsibilities**:

- Manage the performance of the operations teams
- Plan & monitor for annual operations budget
- Follow-up on daily operations to ensure efficient operations
- Coach & mentor supervisors to grow and deliver best outcome

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in port stevedoring and reefer maintenance
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Additional certification in Heavy Equipment Maintenance is a plus
- Port Operations certificate is a plus
- Computer literacy in ERP and Microsoft Office
- Good command of written and spoken English
